Policies

Granite & Natural Stone: Builder's Mark granite and natural stone is a product of nature. As a result, natural variations of color, hue, shading and other properties are inherent. Builder's Mark is unable to be held liable for any of these discrepancies.

Basic Return: No refunds/returns/or exchanges will be made on any installed or assembled products. These include Builder’s Mark natural stone, cabinets, spa-ware, tile, and flooring products. The original receipt or invoice is required for any return or exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days after purchase. Items must be in good and resalable condition with original package. All items are subject to inspection. Builder's Mark reserves the right to refuse returned items. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Payments over $500 in cash will be refunded by check.

Open Box / Special Items: All sales are final in regards to open box items, granite remnants, and associated labor on granite remnants. • Builder's Mark cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

Basic Exchange Policy: A 15% restocking charge will be applied on all returned/exchanged items. Builder's Mark will exchange or replace any manufacturer defective or missing parts at no additional cost for up to 30 days. No returns or exchanges on all special orders, clearance sales items, open box items, remnant granites & granite samples. All sales are final on such items.

Cancellation Policy: No charges will be applied if cancellation of a Builder’s Mark work order is made within the same day. Once job starts, no refund will be given on labor.

Merchandise Pick Up: All sold merchandise must be picked up within 72 hours after the date of completion. After 72 hours, a $15 per day storage fee will be charged.
